Agreement between participants in the Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs (HAE) Thought-Leadership Writing Incubator and Rhea Wessel

 

For us, a key to a trusting and effective working relationship is transparency and open communication.  

Please take a look at our following terms and conditions—and then let’s agree!  

Our intention is to make things simple so we both can focus on the things we do best.

Confidentiality: 

By signing this agreement, we agree to mutual confidentiality – Rhea and her coaches will not share any of your information outside of the team of coaches who serve you. We request the same of you, please do not share any information – written or otherwise – related to the business or ideas of Rhea and her coaches without express, written consent.  

Recordings: 

No recordings will be made of the coaching sessions. 

Social media use: 

Harvard AE participants agreed upon application that their image and name may be used in social media.

Legal: 

Advice by Rhea Wessel and her team of coaches is general in nature. You agree to release Rhea Wessel and her dba, The Institute for Thought Leadership, as well as her associates and representatives, from any and all liability. 

Cancellation of coaching session: 

If you reschedule under 12 hours in advance of your appointment, you will forfeit your coaching session, unless agreed otherwise.  

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delays in performance hereunder due to circumstances beyond their control including, but not limited to, acts of nature or acts of governments. 

Scheduling: 

All scheduling is done directly with your coach via their scheduling link. Please do not email your coach to schedule unless absolutely necessary.  

It is up to you to schedule your appointment with your coach using the purchase/ scheduling link you will receive.

Your coaching session should be rougly during weeks 4-7.

Document management:

Some coaches are willing to read your article in advance of the coaching session, but they are not required to do so. Since this is the case, we've established that all articles should be emailed to your coach 48 hours before your coaching session if you plan to ask for feedback. You will find their email in the checkout.

Getting the most out of your story coaching session: 

It is up to you to use the time with your coach wisely. You can shoot the breeze, or you can get lots of feedback on your article. After the coaching, your coach will not be available for support.

Editing: 

Your coach is not responsible for editing your work, however, they may do some on-the-spot editing during the coaching call, if you ask them to. You are welcome to ask your coach to help you edit the piece you submit into the awards program.

Article Due Dates. By going through our free checkout here, you also agree to meet the deadlines for submitting your articles on the private client space. As mentioned above, we'll provide you access to that space in due time.
